Hi there, I'm Head Coach Wayne!

I'm Wayne Pasang, CEO and Founder of Morph Fitness. Growing up, I wasn't the biggest guy in the gym, and definitely had my share of bullying because of it.

When I turned 13 years old, I took all the negative energy I received from bullies and decided to turn it into something positive. I promised myself that I would build some muscle and make a positive change in my life. Fast foward to today, I'm doing what I love most, improving people's quality of life as a personal trainer.

The mission for Morph Fitness is to give others the same opportunity to change their lives through health, fitness, and wellness. Getting to the point I've reached with my health was a long road full of mistakes, adjustment, and most importantly... learning! I want to help others reach their health goals in the safest and most efficient way. 

How do we do this? Through our services where we'll work together on your diet, routine exercise, and mental discipline. 



This is Coach Leo!

I'm a personal trainer, born and raised in New York City and specialize in Strength & Conditioning, weight/fat loss and functional training. I integrate my knowledge in designing individualized, progressive programming of cardiovascular, mobility, core, and/or strength training exercises for clients based on their fitness goals. I have trained clients from as young as 15, to as old as 94 years old. I have experience in working with clients recovering from surgeries and injuries.

I was always into fitness, even while I was doing IT work as a Network Administrator. As time went on, I realized that fitness beats strong in my heart. So I made the big move from being an IT guy, to becoming a certified personal trainer. I have not looked back since. I truly have found my calling and that's to help people reach their fitness goals.

Hi, I'm Sarah Garland!

I'm a certified Personal Trainer and Barre Instructor who was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 9 years of experience in the industry, I help clients of all ages and backgrounds feel their best through a wide variety of movement based practices. I design challenging and effective workouts that support individual needs while emphasizing proper form and functionality.

My passion for movement began as a child and was solidified through my extensive years as a competitive Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary dancer. My dance background strongly influenced me to study Reformer Pilates, Barre Fitness, and even Somatic Movement for healing. I provide a holistic approach to fitness that encourages clients to discover the empowering and meaningful relationship between their body, mind, and soul. I truly believe that movement is the catalyst to leading a more fulfilled and embodied lifestyle and I strive to motivate my clients every step of the way!

Hi, I'm Sarah Yang!

I'm a bilingual Personal Trainer hailing from Taipei, Taiwan. I work with a wide array of clients, ages ranging from 20-65 years old. I design fitness training programs tailored specific to the client’s needs and equipment limitations. I’m experienced in working with clients that are postpartum, post chemotherapy and open heart surgery. Primary focusing on weight loss, mobility, regaining muscle and creating a positive body image.

Fitness was not a big part of my life until my 20’s through running- I’ve competed in more than 5 half-marathons. Over time, I noticed my performance had plateaued and in effort to improve my time splits, I began to look into strength training. By incorporating a strength regimen, not only was I able to get physically stronger, but I also ran more efficiently and took minutes off my marathon time. I was hooked! Since then I've explored other fitness communities such as CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, competitive powerlifting and continue to feel empowered by it all. Through my journey, I've developed an unwavering resilience, self-discipline and confidence that I strive to instill in each of my clients.

Our Mission Statement

In all my years of experience I realized that each individual comes with different circumstances. I completely understand sometimes life happens that makes it difficult for us to prioritize our health, it may be to confidence, money, depression, series of life events you name it, I get it. Just like anyone I too have had my fair share of adversities. I've been homeless for several years and placed in bad situations where I found myself neglecting my health, in the midst of all that I found that in we have the ability to change to MORPH into what we desire. So i've made it my mission to empower others to not only improve physically, but to share the mental and spiritual benefits that comes along with being healthy. And in my process I found what would have made it easier was receiving support and accountability.
